Remembering once being in the audience of a revered Master of the most high when at the completion of the puja the crowd were allowed to come forward to prostrate. While standing in queue to wait for a chance this one little boy child of 6 or 7 years with folded hands literally fell / dove in at the feet of the master. The child was in such glee and pure devotion and this was his prostration. The master was also obviously delighted.

I took it as a lesson to be learned from a child........

If we can only pray as children pray, and worship with the pure heart of a child, then and there's the golden ticket, the essence of love.

          Jai Ma!

Worship can be climbing to the top of a mountain.... then being in silent contemplation of the awesome splendor of Maker's Creation all around.

It doesn't have to be man prostrationing before any other of his kind.

Seeing that we all hold such brightness within our ownself and to culminate a deep seeded relationship with the love we hold within.

              I bow to the self

Thanks for all of your beautiful reflections.
                  Sharing:
                  Space creation through humbleness.
A full tea cup is trying for the whole of the ocean.
                  Empty out first to receive.
Upgrade to a bucket over time and carry on.
I prostrate to the lineage of Masters,
the oceans of Wisdom and Compassion.
                  Jai Guru! Jai Ma!

Sat Chit Ananad. To remain in this situation is also worship. Sat means truth, chit means like mind that is within ourselves, Anand means joy. Saints are used to welcome by saying Satchitanand Hare. meaning thereby to live in this situation is to reach God.

      Hare SattChitAnand,
... let us reach God the creator by pilgrimmage to high places....to the named Lord Shiva in his highest Kailash Mount.

It may be a productive and good interesting sort of tantric-like excercise to prostration ourself before our love partner. Making all loving humbleness, beseeching the divine goddess(-God) Kama-Deva within of which she(he) is an embodiment. Slowly, and with full feeling reaching and touching and kissing the toes and slowly moving upward with each breathing to higher and higher level. All the while giving full loving reverence worship with kissings, caressings, embracings...seeking intimate object with divine.

And then change place with your loved one for a similar worshipping ,that rhymes with the first, of yourself.

This has been revealed to me from meditation. Forgive my imperfectly channeled translation.
